  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until such contract has been fully executed.

  • Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest has been satisfied. When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may retain Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is withdrawn.   • obtain the erasure of their Personal Data. The User may request that their Data be deleted by the Data Controller;

  • receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without hindrance;

  • lodge a complaint. The User may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority or pursue legal action.

 

Users are entitled to obtain information regarding the legal basis for any Data transfers abroad, including transfers to any international organisation governed by public international law or formed by two or more countries, such as the UN, and regarding the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect their Data.

If the User objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the Personal Data will no longer be processed for such purposes.
