VINIFICATION AND REFINING: After the harvest, the grapes are softly pressed to obtain the must, which is then inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15/16 degrees.

WINE COLOR : Pale straw yellow

SMELL: Acacia flowers, hints of lavender, sage, white-fleshed fruit and hints of vanilla.

TASTE: Pleasant acidity that gives freshness to the palate, pleasantly soft and with a long finish, with fruity notes.

PAIRINGS: Appetizers, soups, egg and fish dishes, asparagus risotto, fish and shellfish salad.
