VINIFICATION AND AGEING: After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain the must, which is then inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C (59-61°F). This process yields a light, aromatic, and fresh Pinot Grigio, perfect for enjoying young and appreciated for its liveliness and fruity character.

WINE COLOR : Pale straw yellow

SMELL: Green apple, wildflowers and lemon

TASTE: A very balanced wine characterised by an elegant acidity and a delicate minerality, enveloping, fresh and savoury, with a pleasant citrus note.

PAIRINGS: Aperitifs and light first courses, salads and fresh cheeses, traditional Italian dishes (risotto)
