VINIFICATION AND AGEING: Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The aging process is divided into two parts: 60% of the wine is aged in steel vats, the remaining 40% in French oak barriques.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: A young, fresh, fruity wine, characterized by a paper-white color and an incredible richness of aromas, among which the aroma of elderflower stands out. On the palate, it is savory with a well-balanced mineral acidity.
