VINIFICATION AND REFINING: Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for approximately 10 days followed by a rapid tartaric stabilization in steel vats and bottled as soon as possible after fermentation.

TASTING NOTES: Paper-white color with greenish highlights. Floral aromas of elderflower, white flowers, and leeches. A very fresh version of Vermentino grown inland. On the palate, it is savory with a typical aftertaste of fresh licorice.
