REFINEMENT : 6 months in bottle

PAIRINGS : Tuscan cuisine revisited with oriental and exotic influences and significant use of vegetables and fruit.
TASTING NOTES : Color: Red with purple and blue highlights typical of the grape variety, transparent yet very deep and brilliant with cool highlights. Aroma: Flowers and dark fruit together are the primary characteristics of this grape, alternating throughout the aromatic spectrum, but its main strength comes from the intense minerality and savory character, which are also evident on the nose. Flavor: decidedly soft like a good Tempranillo, but on the San Miniato soils, it is complex with a strong acidity that makes it very fluid and drinkable, contributing to a clean mouthfeel.
