TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Soft pressing of the fermented grapes in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with alternating low and medium temperatures (between 16° C and 24° C) for 10 days, with macro-oxygenation. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 9 months and at least 5 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

COLOR: Ruby red with garnet reflections

FRAGRANCE: Aromas of sweet spices and strong hints of berries

TASTE: A delicate wine with a sweet attack on the palate, thanks to its simplicity it enhances the typical flavours of Chianti wine.
