VINIFICATION AND AGEING: After being harvested and destemmed, the grapes undergo maceration on the skins for 6 days. The wine then ages in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for several months. After an appropriate period of bottle aging, the wine is ready to be enjoyed.

WINE COLOR : Intense ruby

NOSE: Fruity notes, the succulent aroma of ripe cherry, the delicacy of rose and the depth of black berries emerge.

TASTE: Enveloping and smooth, with a silky texture that distinguishes Cabernet. This wine is a perfect balance between robust and soft elements, underscored by an enveloping alcohol content.
