TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (28 – 30°C) in stainless steel tanks, with long maceration times (15 – 20 days) and with alternating pumping over and delestage to promote the best extraction of colouring substances and noble tannins.

REFINEMENT : In French oak barriques for 12 months.

COLOR: Bright ruby red.

SMELL: aromas of red fruits, blackberries, currants, enriched by aromatic herbs and spicy tones

TASTE: A generous, savory, and full-bodied wine. It is well-structured on the palate with a pleasant finish.
