VINIFICATION AND AGEING: Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. It is then left to mature for 6 months in large chestnut and oak barrels.

COLOR: Ruby Red

NOSE: On the nose this wine offers a lively bouquet, with hints of red fruits, notes of ripe blackberries, plums, complementary undertones of figs, black pepper and violets.

TASTE: On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with soft tannins and well-balanced wood, a lively, fragrant and well-balanced wine.

PAIRINGS: Red meat, game such as deer and wild boar, but also white meats such as poultry, turkey and duck.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15/17 °C
