VINIFICATION AND REFINING: Fermentation in steel and cement at a controlled temperature for approximately 3 weeks.

REFINEMENT: In large chestnut barrels for approximately six months

COLOR: Intense ruby red

TASTING NOTES: The nose is broad with notes of coffee and dark chocolate, continuing with notes of cherries in alcohol. On the palate, a lovely, soft and velvety alcohol sensation is complemented by a long finish of soft and silky tannins.
