TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Vinification takes place after a gentle pressing of the grapes. The must macerates on the skins for 1-2 weeks to facilitate the extraction of color and other polyphenolic substances. Aged for 9 months in small and large barrels.

COLOR: Deep ruby red.

BOUQUET: Fine, with aromas of berries, violets and a lovely spicy finish.

TASTE: Dry and fresh, with full body and great tannins

FOOD PAIRINGS: It is excellent with flavourful dishes, in particular traditional Tuscan specialities, grilled steaks and mature cheese.
