TECHNICAL INFORMATION: fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (28 – 30°C) in stainless steel tanks, with long maceration times (15 – 20 days) and with alternating pumping over and delestage to promote the best extraction of colouring substances and noble tannins.

REFINEMENT : in French oak barriques for 18 months + 6 months refinement in bottle.

COLOR: intense and deep

SMELL: rich, fruity aroma with scents of fresh flowers, accompanied by intense hints of oriental spices.

TASTE: Full-bodied and enveloping wine, rich in dense and velvety tannins; balanced in the mouth with well-balanced acidity and a savoury and persistent finish.
