TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Vinification takes place after a gentle pressing of the grapes. The must macerates on the skins for 1-2 consecutive weeks to promote the extraction of color and other polyphenolic substances.

FRAGRANCE: Fine, with hints of cherries, berries, violets and spicy notes

TASTE: Dry and fresh, with good body and pleasant tannins

FOOD PAIRINGS: When young, it is excellent with flavourful dishes, especially traditional Tuscan specialities.
