TECHNICAL INFORMATION: After a gentle maceration and subsequent fermentation in steel silos, it is aged in French oak barriques for 6 months. The process is completed with 3 months of bottle aging.

COLOR: Bright, intense red with purple reflections.

FRAGRANCE: Hints of wild berries and spices with floral notes

TASTE: Tannic, full, velvety and decisive.

FOOD PAIRINGS: To be paired with meat dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
