TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (28 – 30°C) in stainless steel tanks, with long maceration times (15-20 days) and with alternating pumping over and delestage to promote the best extraction of colouring substances and noble tannins.

REFINEMENT : It is carried out in stainless steel vats where malolactic fermentation is completed.

COLOR: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.

AROMA: The aroma, intense yet elegant, recalls hints of raspberry and ripe red berries; vinous when young, it evolves towards spicy sensations with age.

FLAVOR: Generous and savory. Soft and dry on the palate.

PAIRINGS: It goes very well with classic Tuscan cuisine, try it with “Cacciucco alla livornese”.
