VINIFICATION AND AGEING: After being harvested and destemmed, the grapes undergo maceration on the skins for 6 days. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for several months. After an appropriate period of bottle aging, the Merlot IGT is ready to be enjoyed.
