TECHNICAL INFORMATION : Obtained from Sangiovese grapes grown in the highest vineyards with a south/west exposure. Fermentation on the skins lasts approximately 15–20 days at a controlled temperature (27–28°C). This is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks specifically designed for the delicate extraction of tannins and color. After this process, the wine is placed in 3,000-liter oak barrels where it ages for 12 months. Finally, it is bottled and stored appropriately at a controlled temperature to allow it to continue its maturation.
TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby color with a garnet edge. Intense aromas of red fruit with well-balanced spicy notes from the wood aging. The palate mirrors the sensations experienced on the nose, balanced, very persistent, with fine tannins.
