TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Fermentation takes place on the skins for approximately 10-15 days at a controlled temperature (27-28°C). This phase is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks specifically designed for the delicate extraction of tannins and color. The wine is bottled and stored appropriately at a controlled temperature to allow it to further age.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby red in color. The nose is joyful, floral with notes of violet, and fruity with hints of freshly picked fruit. On the palate, the wine is striking for its freshness and minerality; a pleasant sapidity makes it an excellent drink.
