VINIFICATION AND AGEING: Fermentation in steel and cement at a controlled temperature for approximately two weeks. Aged in large chestnut barrels for approximately six months.

COLOR: Ruby Red

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: A young, fresh, fruity wine. Characterized by an intense ruby red color with purple reflections and floral aromas of roses and small red fruits (currants, blueberries). On the palate, it is rich and characterized by a harmonious flavor, medium-bodied with lively but sweet tannins .
