GRAPES : 60% Malvasia Nera, Canaiolo, Colorino 40% Trebbiano Nero, Ciliegiolo, Gran Noir, Tempranillo, Buonamico (8 native Tuscan vines)

PRODUCTION AREA : San Miniato, Tuscany Vines grown on an ancient terraced hill

AGE OF THE VINES : (30%) 50 years, (70%) 5 years

HARVEST TIME : First and second ten days of September.

NATURE OF THE SOIL : White calcareous clay with high pH with a skeleton formed by fossil shells from the Pliocene age.

VINIFICATION : In concrete with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the marc for one to four weeks following the sequential entry of the various vines

MATURATION : 12 months in raw cement

REFINEMENT : 4 months in bottle

ALLERGENS : contains sulphites

PAIRINGS : It is a very flexible wine, perfect for all seasons, it accompanies simple foods and aperitifs, but it also adapts to more complex dishes.

TASTING NOTES : Color: Very bright and transparent ruby red. Aroma: Rich in botanical and balsamic notes. Flavor: Terrazze is a very pleasant and immediately satisfying wine thanks to its fruity nuances and menthol notes. Low alcohol content and soft tannins.
