VINIFICATION AND REFINING: After being harvested, the grapes are softly pressed to obtain the must, which is then inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15/16 degrees.

SPARKLING PRODUCTION: The secondary fermentation takes place according to
the Charmat-Martinotti method.

WINE COLOR : Straw yellow

SMELL: Aromas of green apple, peach and acacia flowers

TASTE: Fresh and fruity, it offers a tasting experience
balanced and pleasant
