VINIFICATION AND REFINING: After being harvested, the grapes are softly pressed to obtain the must, which is then inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15/16 degrees.

SPARKLING PRODUCTION: The secondary fermentation takes place according to
the Charmat-Martinotti method.

WINE COLOR : Bright straw yellow, fine and elegant perlage.

SMELL: Rich in   Floral notes, citrus, orange blossom and peach

TASTE: Sweet, aromatic and fresh, with a perfect balance between sweetness and liveliness

PAIRINGS: Ideal with fruit desserts, dry pastries or as a dessert wine
